Am I happy living where I live? My answer would be yes and no. I am happy with my immediate environment, which is my home. It is a decent house and home. However, I’m unhappy with my external environment.
I live in a city where the cost of living is very high. An average person’s salary is quite low throughout the life. Only highly qualified, experienced workers earn good salaries. Some people turn to white collar crime to earn more money. They become recruiters of manpower and capital (money), which means vulnerable people get inducted into scams of one time cheating, or life long slavery working in scam centers.
The cheaters are evenly spread across all neighborhoods, be it apartment blocks, or landed housing. They try to cheat in money or labor matters. It is not safe. Everyone has to be vigilant, avoid talking to suspicious people, distrust recruiters and refuse to become their whack-a-mole. By abusing and torturing a man or woman, they might reduce their defences and make them succumb to cheating and long term slavery.
