For a health check, blood testing is required. The patient has to fast from 12 midnight the previous day. Its best to get to a nearby clinic the next morning, for a small vial of blood to be extracted. The doctor’s clinic then calls for the lab peon to come and take this sample to their lab for testing. The report will be ready after a few days. It sounds intimidating especially since the patient can only drink water from midnight onwards, until their blood has been withdrawn for the testing sample.
