Would you eat any organ?

The medical term for all or many internal organs is viscera. The most interesting anecdote I read about an organ is the cow’s tongue. I was unaware that people can actually buy a cow’s tongue to cook for eating.

I can safely say that as a vegetarian, nope, not going to eat tongue. Though I have watched many a cooking show where they have prepared it. Apparently, it it tasty <–pun intended 🙂
