This is my meditation on what I interpret as the meaning, about a dream of sharing a meal with a dead person.

The character’s Grandma, in the first picture frame, has likely experienced a dream caused by nostalgia. Nostalgia is a sentiment and emotion. The woman in the dream was seen performing her act of devotion for her husband (when he was alive). The dream was like a playback of an old memory.
