This could be a list of cures for munchies

Being addicted to the comfort of chewing something delicious is common.

Here’s what you can try:

  1. Replace finger foods with chewing gum.
  2. Substitute processed tid-bits with freshly cut vegetable sticks of carrot, celery, cucumber, lettuce etc. Needless to mention fruit sticks are delicious and provide vitamins and minerals.
  3. If you must have munches, get plain popcorn. They fill your stomach too.
  4. Drink a glass of water each time you have the urge to eat a snack.
