
This could be a list of cures for munchies
Being addicted to the comfort of chewing something delicious is common.
Here’s what you can try:
- Replace finger foods with chewing gum.
- Substitute processed tid-bits with freshly cut vegetable sticks of carrot, celery, cucumber, lettuce etc. Needless to mention fruit sticks are delicious and provide vitamins and minerals.
- If you must have munches, get plain popcorn. They fill your stomach too.
- Drink a glass of water each time you have the urge to eat a snack.

Excellent advice although I do remember overdoing the popcorn as well.
