Cinnamon JusJoJan January 30 2026

I like some specks of cinnamon powder on a bun, a food or drink, but not after 12 noon. Cinnamon is a spice and it can increase body metabolism to keep you awake and laert. Certainly no cinnamon for me after 12 noon as I’m prone to suffer from insomnia.
