A relative persistently asked me for my credit card. He wanted to charge his expenses to my card.
I tried to be polite and changed the topic. He wasn’t easily sidetracked. He returned to the same topic. I kept away from volunteering to lend my card. He didn’t take the hint. He didn’t understand I wasn’t that affluent.
The relative scammer existed way before the stranger scammer.
