THIS IS A RANSOM NOTE.
IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP PEACEFULLY AT NIGHT, YOU MUST PAY ME MONEY. OTHERWISE, I SHALL USE ALL MY POWERS TO DISTURB YOUR SLEEP.
YOU WILL HEAR VOICES AND WAKE UP.
YOU WILL NOT HEAR VOICES BUT STILL WAKE UP AT MY COMMAND.
YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP ONCE I WAKE YOU UP.
I AM YOUR TERROR.
PAY ME MONEY NOW.

Disclaimer – this is a fake ransom note written for blogging purposes to illustrate an anecdote of what happens at night when someone is disturbed in their sleep.
************************************************************************************************************

This is what happens when someone wakes you up at 12 midnight, or 1:30 am, 0r 1:45 am, or 3:30 am, or 4 am, or 6 am.
You’ll know who that person is when they issue you their ransom note to you. They will only speak of their terms of ransom because they won’t leave evidence behind for you to hand over to the police.
You can’t call the police to report disturbance of peace because you have no proof of noise or voices. No recording can be made of energy waves that prodded you to wake up.
The police will say your bedroom is far away from the street.
They will say it is good to see a psychiatrist.
What can you do?
- Ignore the nightly disturbances
- Wear ear plugs
- Take mild sleeping pills after you get the go-ahead from your regular doctor
- Turn on soft music or radio to play until the next morning, as white noise to block out other noises.
- Talk to a psychiatrist/ counsellor/ therapist
Try 1 to 4 first of all as number 5 is very expensive.
