My comment to photo #1:
When I was a young child, the adults around me used to discuss controversial topics like religion and politics. They would argue for maybe hours, until it was time to break up the party due to responsibilities and chores that needed to be done. They had argued until “the cows came home” to the barn, to be fed. After I grew up, it was my turn to face stubborn people, who vehemently refused to make any allowances for any concessions. Everyone stands for their own beliefs.
