This is bad. You get to see who walks into your neighbor’s apartment, but they get to see you and your visitors too. If anybody stands at their doorway to talk, they are also speaking to you too, indirectly. sometimes, they wish to tell everybody on the same level, about their requirement. So they talk in the public space.
