I don’t like to take a nap, unless I had insomnia the previous night, and I feel sleepy. I also lack the luxury of having time to nap. I make do by drinking a little more coffee.
For the past five years, I have been hearing loud talkers in three neighborhoods. The first encounter of that kind in each neighborhood, was nasty. After the first incident, I learned to wear ear plugs, take a sleep aid, shut almost all the windows at home and turn on my bedroom air-conditioning.
