What to meditate at breakfast lunch and dinner

Do you dread getting out of bed at the start of each morning? If so, you need to find your own mantras, or power phrases, to motivate you. You eat three times a day, so you can meditate before these meals.

We may be apprehensive of what the new day may bring. It may bring us good tidings or bad events. Whatever the new day may bring, we need to face the day with confidence. After all, you have lived life for so long and experienced everything, or almost everything. You can handle anythings and everything tossed your way. Your morning mantra might be something like, “I’m going to handle life”.

When you get to lunchtime, you’ll have a better idea of what’s on your plate for the day. If you still can’t get a gripe on how to handle the situation to get the work done, then you may need to change your mantra. Tell yourself, “I can do it”. Break down the work into smaller tasks and keep going. You’ll discover that you can manage and cope with smaller tasks and work towards completing the bigger job.

By dinner time, if you haven’t completed your work for the day, don’t panic. Be grateful for all the work you’ve done so far. Say “I did it”. You’ve done well. Tell yourself you’ll continue tomorrow. When you praise yourself and take note of your accomplishment, you’ll feel confident. You’ll face tomorrow with a positive attitude.
