Usefulness of activity based meditation

You’re likely to dream of new activity experienced close to bedtime.

People with advanced telepathy skills claim they can read thoughts. That’s invasive, violation of privacy, predatory and signals bad intentions. This is why we must not nag ourselves. In case eavesdroppers can hear a mental thought being articulated in our mind.

So you want to drop a mental thought that has been churning away your peace. How do you do that? Can you release the anxious thought or worry? Can you watch it float away?

If you can’t, its time to try another tactic. Do a physical action that diverts your mental focus away from thoughts. Its your choice to find an activity that will occupy your mind. This is the usefulness of activity based meditation.

The task at hand should be appropriate to the time of day or night.
