Sunday Selections June 1 2025

This is my first post joining Sunday Selections. I’m airing some seldom seen photos.

Here’s a river, with both banks lined by trees, to help prevent soil erosion, although its banks have been fortified by stone walls. Where there’s a river, there’s bound to be at least one bridge. And along this particular bridge, the architect designed a flower bed planter, where the landscape gardener planted bougainvilleas.

This is the start of the river crossing.

White bougainvillea. Start of bridge across one section of the river.

This looks like the center of the river crossing.

Flowerbed along the bridge, a planter trough, has red bougainvillea.
