Cai studied for her B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) from The Open University (U.K.). She next went on to continue her education with a M.S. (Master of Science) from California Southern University. Her last foray into the academics was obtaining a Psy.D in Clinical Psychology (Doctor of Psychology) from Eisner Institute of Professional Studies in California; http://eisnerinstitute.org .
Cai did her Psy.D thesis in dream analysis. Which is why she writes and draws about dreams. Additionally, she is illustrating psychology & life for fun. Some stories were edited for comprehensive presentation. Materials on website are not meant to substitute for actual therapy. This entire blog is about art, opinionated opinions and interpretations.
Cai says, “My opinions are based on my personal experiences, knowledge, intuition, personality, culture, religion, ethics and a mixed bag of factors which come from me. Please do not take anything I write or draw here as absolute truths set in stone. Please consult a qualified professional face-to-face for specific address to your unique problems.”
Cai worked as a volunteer assisting the O. T. (Occupational Therapist) in a couple of hospitals. Now, she is primarily a freelance writer.
