These are my pictorial gratitude spread of Ten Things of Thankfulness (TToT) for the week May 12 to May 17, 2025.
I went for a walk up the hill into the next neighborhood, where there’s a snack cafe.

And killed two birds with one stone, as the stroll was scenic, giving me chances to snap pics.

On another day, we visited a friend in another neighborhood, where her opposite neighbor made a makeshift enclosure for her two hens with fluffy feathers. We should have taken an overhead shot since the bars of the cage are obstructing the view. If you recognize the breed, please tell.

We’re grateful for rain but mud is washed down the banks and the canal-river looks like this.

When murky water flows out to the sea, clear water from its source flows out again. Water in the canal-river is clear and able to show reflections. The boat belongs to the waterworks department to maintain the waterway. Always thankful to see mud getting cleared without affecting our reservoir and water treatment plant.

This little piggy escaped from the market but its still waiting to get saved from being barbequed on the roof of the bus shelter. I was sitting on the second deck of a bus and managed to spot this unusual sight. I’m for conservation of toys but this is slightly too late. It got bleached by strong sunlight and needs a fresh skin of paint.

We have pets without having to take care of them. Birds of the sky fly high and low. That’s how I caught pics of the low fliers. There are colorful birds but they remain elusive high up in the trees which are around four levels above ground, as they call loudly, “Catch me if you can”.

Last but not least,
THANK YOU READERS.
Readers,
Should I draw a single panel comic daily or PPP (paint people at parties)?
