I enjoyed reading this creative poetry book – Patient History by Tricia Tan was born to record the poet’s journey of her time accompanying her mother for cancer treatment. Tricia’s thoughts, reflections and creative expressions during this difficult time are beautiful.
Poet Ms Tan mentioned the tiny figurine named Fuchiko in her poem “zuihitsu for gachapons”. This is a variety of decoration inspired by cocktails.
