Meditating on Day 4 Dec 1 2025

To recap, what happened last night when I went to bed:

Last night, on the night of Nov 30, I fell asleep at around before 11 am. I was awakened at 12 mn. I felt I didn’t need to make a trip to the bathroom so I returned to sleep.

I was awakened at 5 am but I was still sleepy due to disrupted sleep at 12 mn. I fell asleep without much effort. I finally woke up at 7 am and it was time for me to rise and shine.

My deduction, after some meditative reflection:

I figured out why my suspected culprit changed their routine and woke me at 12 mn, instead of the usual 2 am/ 2:30 am/ 3 am/ 3:30 am/ 4 am/ 4:30 am. Another neighbor, at a stone’s throw away, is often awake during the wee hours of the morning, and would be alerted at the mischievous neighbor’s deeds if they awoke me at 2 am. So the offensive culprit changed track and chose 12 mn, where it was likely everyone would be sleeping and none would be awake to observe the surroundings.

My thoughts:

I’m going to ignore petty disturbances. My other neighbors, at a stone’s throw away, said to take a short nap whenever possible, during my day, to compensate for any sleepiness, and refrain from grumbling about the culprit’s behaviors.
