Do you enjoy a relaxing soak in warm water? Water therapy can relax the body and mind. Water is a stimulant and fills your senses, forcing you to pay attention to it. Add a few drops of an essential oil of your choice into the bath water. The oils are concentrated and can burn the skin so just a three drops is sufficient. Chamomile, Jasmine and peppermint oils are usually chosen for relaxing the body. Choose one and use 3 drops of this oil.
Breathe in the smell slowly. Relax. Stop thinking of work, stress and worries. Some people close their eyes and may even fall asleep. DON’T SLEEP IN THE BATH. You might go under water and drown.
If you feel sleepy, it means its time to stand up, and towel dry yourself.
If you feel the skin on your finger tips and toes wrinkling up, its time to get dry.
