Faustian Pacts, gaslighting – Fiction

Prologue

Who – An old couple who talk older than their chronological age. They made their Faustian Pacts and have given up their youth. The devil is thousands of years old and sound old. Since the devil is in him and her, their former voices are replaced by the devil’s. They can invoke ordinary human voices to sound normal and not frighten other people. In their private moments, they relax and speak, as of one devil, to another.

Where – Humans who struggle for survival, live in a neighborhood.

What – What do they do? They listen closely to neighbors. Information and gossip are powerful weapons for blackmail.

When –

Why – They need money to live. In human bodies, they are fallible. They use power from Faustian Pacts to scam money, in order that both human and devil may continue to live.

How – How do they act? They only have one super power and that is to send energy waves via telepathy-like radiation. This energy stops the targeted person from sleeping.

One of the ordinary human capacity is to talk lies; gaslighting. By this method, they hope to manipulate susceptible naive people. With free money, they continue to live, and co-exist as two in one body.

Death does not set them free – People who made Faustian Pacts can not die the ordinary way. They are going to leave, yet they can not leave. The devil is intermingled in them. The devil does not die. He will not die. The human body wants to die. It is tortured without energy to live. Yet it is contained because the devil is alive in them.

Chapter – When souls pop out to talk

The old woman and her hired hep, a young male domestic worker, collaborated to talk lies about their neighbor. Their motive was to sow discord.

“It is for her own good”, insisted the old woman. “That woman won’t like my son and the other neighbors can’t use her and him to cook a kettel of fish”

“It would be easier to use the ruse of the caring neighbor, rather than the discontented one.” The young worker tried to voice his opinion.

” I’m telling you from experience. Previously, we tried the caring neighbor plot and it didn’t work. The woman neighbor disliked my son and so it was a no-go right from the beginning.”

“You’re the boss. Let’s discuss what to talk about to instil seeds of discontent.”

“We’ll attack that woman’s social status. Let’s say she’s of no class and unworthy. She has a baggage of ills and inconveniences. My son is in no position to handle her social and economic problems.”

“Let’s invent some lies about her being an ex-convict. She may become scared and won’t dare to disturb us.”

“I don’t know what to talk about the prison, and the system.”

“Don’t worry. Leave it to me. I’m an ex-felon. I know all about it.”

“You shouldn’t be working in this line of subversion and sabotaging. You should have looked for a job that helps you reform.”

“I tried. I couldn’t find a proper job. Nobody wants to hire me.”

“After this work is completed, you should look for a proper job.’

“I’ll try.”

“I have other ideas. We can talk about her being old. She looks very old is definitely older than my son.”

“Some women like younger men. That trick may not work.”

“Let’s work it from another angle. Let’s say my son is an old man and he can’t perform in bed. That is certainly a put-off.”

They carried out their plot.

They laughed at the woman’s practice of attending church.

“What’s there to show church is helpful to her? She is as poor as a dormouse. She often goes to church. She is unsuitable to socialize with us.” said the old woman.

“We don’t believe in religion. We believe in ourselves. Our hard work, our manipulations of people. Our success over the years show the fruit of real labor. Religion did not help us.”

They spoke loud enough to be heard next door and the houses on the opposite side of the street.

“What magic has she? I don’t believe in her prayers and magic. We can say and do whatever we want. Nothing will happen to us.”

The theme of demeaning, humiliating and gaslighting the woman provided fodder for their gossip for some weeks.

One night, at around 1 am, neighbors in both houses were asleep. The woman was awakened by voices speaking. What were they talking about? They sounded gibberish.

The voices continued for about an hour. Then it was the customary time for the old woman to awake to start preparations for their cafe business. The crust of their confectionery had to be freshly baked. Customers like crunchy pie crusts.

The hired help asked the old lady. “Did you feel anything different?”

“No. What do you mean?”

“Are you sure you didn’t feel anything strange or different?”

“No. Why? What’s wrong?”

“Before you woke up, I heard you talking. You were supposed to be sleeping. Your eyes were closed, but I heard you talking.”

“No. That can’t be. I was not aware of anything like that happening.”

“I feel that was your soul talking.”

“How can my soul talk when I’m sleeping?”

“Your soul must have come out of your body to talk.”

“I have no idea what happened when I was asleep. I didn’t feel that my soul came out of my body.”

“I heard you talking. I also felt my soul talking.”

“What’s the purpose of my soul coming out of my body to talk?”

“The soul will always come out. It will move farther away from the body. Everytime it comes out, it will want to travel farther, and stay away a little longer. One day, the soul may not return to the body.”

Reader, beware. If your corporeal body speaks lies, it is in conflict with your soul. It does not feel comfortable residing in a body that tells lies. The body is gaslighting against itself. The physique and mind are gaslighting the soul. The soul squirms. It pops out for a breather. It loves the freedom. It yearns to explore. It floats around. It is exhilarating. It will fly farther and farther away.

On the second night, the other pair of conversing speakers gossip about the old woman and her helper.

Husband, speaking in an old, scratchy voice, with a tone of laughter: “My soul did not come out to talk”

Wife in her raspy voice: “I know if my soul comes out to talk. My soul isn’t that dumb. It won’t come out. It won’t talk.”

Chapter – harming you via a third party proxy

Wife to Old Woman: “I want some money to buy the trousseau for Ali Baba’s bride.”

Husband: “The bride needs money to make preparations.”

Old Woman: “My son does not like that woman. He has never liked that woman.”

Wife: “That woman likes your son.”

Silence

Husband: “The old woman is not generous. She wants to hang on to her son.”

Wife: “Yeah. That’s not motherly. Her son has found a bride.”

Husband: “It is customary for the parents to provide money for the trousseau.”

Wife: “Yes, we want to collect money on behalf of the bride. We can help her buy the necessary things.”

Chapter – How to thwart pending plots

The old woman and her helper discuss to cook a plan to thwart the pending plots of the schemers.

Old Woman: ” We must never allow my son Ali Baba and that woman to like each other. The schemers will use that emotional attachment to extort money from her. She’ll lose money.”

Young Man: “But if she doesn’t give money, the schemers will try to extort money from you. Better she be the target than you. It is easier to control her if we do the lovers scheme.”

Old Woman: “No. She’s old. We don’t want them to develop feelings for each other. I object to her status, background and baggage of problems. My son can’t handle her problems.”

Young Man: ” We can’t say she’s not good enough. She’ll get angry.”

Old Woman: “We’ll say he can’t do that thing.”

Young Man: “We can try that argument. But these days, there are medications to solve that problem.”

Old Woman: “We don’t talk about that solution. We only talk about Ali Baba being old. Maybe she won’t like an old man.”

Chapter – Sending dreams

Old Woman: ” I’m planning to send a man in a dream. Then wake her up. We’ll say that dream imagery is Ali Baba. We’ll say he wants to become her brother.”

Young Man: “You’re hoping she’ll listen to you and accept Ali Baba as her brother?”

Old Woman: “If he is her brother, she can’t have romantic feelings and designs on him. That will solve our problems. We want to protect Ali Baba.”

Young Man: “Whatever you say. You’re the boss.”

And so by witchcraft, a dream is sent. The imagery is of a man, who is walking along a beach. Why beach? It is a traditional, romantic venue where man and woman meet to walk along the endless coastline, talking crap, hoping they would gel. They don’t have the time, nor energy, to walk ceaselessly around. It usually ends. The dream ends abruptly, with a pop. The dream bubble pops. The woman who #2 wakes up. The Young Man speaks audibly from next door. “That’s Ali Baba.”

Woman #2 instinctively knows that was a fake dream, a dream that was sent, to deceive her.

In the morning the other neighbors nearby were talking.

Old Man: “They sent her a dream last night.”

Old Woman: “Those dreams are fake. The real man did not visit Woman #2 in her sleep. I’m saying this to clarify that he isn’t interested in her”

Chapter – Repelling dreams

There are powerful prayers to repel evil.

Say, In the name of Jesus Christ, my lord, I take authority over all evil that have been sent my way. I break their influence over me, by the power Jesus Christ. I command the evil to return to their origin. I replace the evil with a blessing. I ask forgiveness foir myself. I denounce all former pacts with evil. My lord Jesus Christ, help me by releasing me from bondage to pacts. I thank you Lord Jesus for your love, protection and blessing.

When you pray, no evil can truly disturb you. Evil can reach you, but you will not be molested by evil. It puts on a show and then leaves, because it can not harm you.

The Old Woman’s helper, the Young Man, heard Woman #2 praying the repulsion prayer.

Young Man: “Mistress, that woman has sent evil to return to us. She must have sent evil to your son, Ali Baba.”

Old Woman: “No, not my son. He can’t deal with the man in the dream. What can I do to help my son? I don’t want him to suffer from fright when the fake man appears to him.”

Young Man: “It is better not to send dreams to anyone who knows how to resist and fight back. Ali Baba will see the same dreams in his sleep.”

Chapter – When the enemy appears more capable, with help from their Faustian Pact

The Old Middle Aged Man decided to make almost everybody inside the opposite two houses experience insomnia.

Woman #2 went to bed at 10 pm. She laid prone in bed until 12 midnight. Sleepless.

Meanwhile, her next door were chatting. The Young Man tried to be brave by complaining loudly, “I can not sleep tonight.”

The Old Woman #1 didn’t quite understand him. She had nothing tangible to say.

Old Middle Aged Man told his Old Middle Aged Wife, “”I’ll watch Woman #2. You watch Old Man #1”

Old Woman #2 almost fell asleep with a short snore. The snore was instantly snatched away and she was pulled back into consciousness.

Chapter – When the enemy lies with you

Old Man: “Tonight, you must sleep with Ali Baba.”

Old Woman: “Then he will know that I’m old.”

Old Man: “No excuse. You’ll have to sleep with him. Then you can persuade him to agree in your favor.”

Old Woman: “Ali Baba’s mother does not understand what it means when I sleep with him.”

Old Man: “You should walk over tonight and have a look at him.”

Old Woman: “No, I don’t want to walk there. Why don’t you walk over to look at him?”

Silence.

The Old Woman: ” I can influence the person once I lie with them. I can control some of their reactions.”

Old Man: ” Make sure that man will listen to you. Then you’ll gain advantages.”

Chapter – when someone talks to you, from afar

The Woman #2 was alone, in her bathroom. The Old Man’s voice spoke, “He died by suicide.”

Woman #2 was not surprised. She had heard that gossip long ago. The Old Woman #1 talked about it, because she wanted all to know that she did not have anything to do with the death of her customer. How could she deny responsibility? Old Woman #1 said she said nothing to her customer that could have induced him to take his own life.

Why did the Old Man repeat the gossip again? He hoped to elicit a response from Woman #2. Maybe she

Your plea and begging is to no avail. Every time you begin to nod off, somebody pulls you awake. Why? This technique may be using witchcraft. Its because every human being requires sleep. A weak person may surrender easily and agree to do anything, or pay money, to be left in peace, to sleep.

You can pray your rosary. At the beginning of every decade, say your intention. You ask to fall asleep. You ask for help to defeat the evil.

Usually after 1 full rosary, your mind will be tired. Mentally exhausted, it induces sleep.

You have to climb up and down, to access the gutter and declog it manually with your hands. This cycle repeats every so often. It is quite the exercise to climb up and down. All because of leaves clogging your drainage. There’s even a topping on the cream – the leaves of the trees don’t even belong to you. The trees are on other people’s grounds.

This is what you can do.

The Old Woman and her male helper say they want the magic portion to save Ali Baba. They are torturing the woman, to blackmail her for her magic. The woman victim has no magic portion. She only uses her identity, as a devout Christian, no, as a faithful Catholic, to pray, to beg God, his Angels and His saints, for help.
