Eavesdropping

is a big business. When a salesperson knows your personal facts, they can try to sell into your psyche. Eavesdropping can be by ear or eye.

A random handyman passed by my plot and noticed the bare soil.

“Do you need grass to be planted?”

“Yes.”

“I can help. Pay me some money and I’ll do the work.”
