You can brainwash yourself to program to dream of specific subjects and objects. Just before going to sleep, concentrate and focus on who or what you desire to dream about. Think about the subject or object of desired dream. This is haboring thoughts or dream incubation. You can also prepare photos or pictures and look at these before you fall asleep. This process is called autosuggestion. Research has shown this method can work as the brain retains the recent impressions just before bedtime and this triggers dreams about them.
