While the visitor was walking around for inspecting the old house, she noticed a red article on the foot of the steps leading up to the front porch.
“Strange,” she thought. “I haven’t seen that around anywhere.”
The man left, promising to send his quote for the proposed works.
She checked her CCTV; hoping to confirm her suspicion.
It was on tape – the red briefs seemingly fell out of his pant leg as he walked towards the front deck; puzzle solved.
