The patients’ visitors (who are their relatives) accompany the to the cafeteria for food and drinks. Some of the regulars recognize one another and yell out friendly greetings. One of the saddest episodes for me is seeing mental patients pushing the wheel chair of their elderly parents, who have come a long way to visit them in the hospital.
