If you dream of bad relationship with your mother, it is probably due to the Oedipus Complex in female human beings. This is the psychological phenomenon of female offspring feeling jealous of her parent of the same gender. The younger female may try to win the affections of her father, and is jealous of her mother for stealing the attention and resources of her father. Usually, the Oedipus Complex runs in young children, who then slowly grow out of it. If the daughter does not develop properly, she may retain her Oedipus Complex into adulthood.
