PS. I had tried to draw for this #SBSadrawingaday challenge before but I couldn’t draw all of the items in the list so I gave up. Hopefully, I can interpret the prompts better now and get ideas to draw them.

I’m disappointed with #SBSadrawingaday challenge because none from the participants, and none from #SketchbookSkool, and @SketchbookSkool have visited. I have enrolled in many, many courses. Just one art student in the sea of thousands of others.

Blind contour drawing means to draw without looking at the paper. Hold a mirror in your non-dominant hand. Hold a pencil or pen in your drawing hand. Look at the mirror and draw yourself on paper. Don’t lift up the drawing instrument from the paper. The drawings are wonky but fun and abstract in a way.

Dreaming of elongating
This is a very strange dream. This dream could have been triggered by an incident where you needed to elongate/ expand an item of clothing which did not fit you.

In one incident, I had to pump air into party balloons for a social function. I had to stretch new balloons to expand and elongate them, before fitting the mouth of the balloon over the hand pump. After one dozen balloons, I was tired. I wanted to hand over this chore to another person, but no one in the room was willing to take over. In fact, a few people were gossiping and laughing at me because this chore was unenviable and provoking for the wrong reasons. I overheard the jokes and my ears burned. The event organizers were busy with other duties and I saw my chance to leave the room. I tried to forget about this incident. But that night, I dreamed about it. My dream imagery was different but the theme was the same. My dream was about balloons that didn’t inflate. I stretched the rubbers before pumping them but they didn’t inflate. Either the balloons were faulty or the pump wasn’t working. I woke up from my dream feeling puzzled.

Elongating as erotic dream
Regarding the dream imagery as an erotic symbol is common. There is no need to elaborate on the possibilities of imagery that have connections to eroticism.

I’m using the drawing prompts for Inktober 1 to combine with their equivalent meaning in dream interpretation. What does a palette of colors mean in dream interpretation? If you see a palette of colors, what would the dream analysis be?

Dream analysis of seeing red color – You’ll be happy and lucky.

Dream interpretation of seeing yellow – Yellow is the color of gold and yes, you’ll be lucky and wealthy .

Meaning of dreaming of green – You’re a stickler for details and you tend to feel envious.

Dreaming of blue means you’ll encounter mysteries in your waking hours.

To dream of orange foretells a new beginning for something for you.

Seeing brown in a dream means you are assured of safety and the drab but secure comforts of home.

Dreaming of violet is bad because it warns of violence.

Dreaming of pink implies you’ll see babies and young children soon. These kids may belong to other people and not your own.

Dream analysis for seeing white is bad for people who are attached as it means mourning for a dead person.

Black is a powerful non color in a dream as it denotes power will belong to you.

If you had a dream without color, or saw dull images, it means you have been sad. If you felt down for at least 2 weeks, then in psychological definition, you have depression.

People who have consumed recreational drugs or prescription medication, will see dreams in bright colors or technicolor. Under these circumstances, these dreams do not hold meaning for the dreamer because they were induced by chemicals.
