Local people on my side of the land and his side of the land, came together to link hands and feet, to form a long stretch. They became a human bridge. My friend and I could walk along this bridge to meet half way. The attempt to bridge the gap with the help of others in the community meant that the hardships faced were overcome. Generally, the dream metaphor of a bridge is to get across the difficulty.
