One early morning, I woke up feeling relaxed and happy. I must have experienced a good dream, but couldn’t recall any images. Most dreams are about threats, nostalgia, reminders of incomplete business, guilt trips, wish fulfillment and etc. So when I wake up feeling happy, I wonder what I have dreamed!
Dreaming of gratitude:
In my waking life, I had been saved from the brink of death, natural calamities and man-made disasters. However, since the human psyche is more likely to recall threats than gratitude, my dreams have more replays of threats than gratitude.
