To dream of human-like aliens does not mean they look like humans. We have seen photos of aliens and many of these were declared hoaxes. The visual impressions remain with us. It makes us think that aliens look human-like. So when we dream, we see these creatures as human-like. If we had no visual idea of what aliens look like, we would not be dreaming of them as human-like creatures.
