Those are fast disappearing in my urban town. Their original owners have sold them for redevelopment. New does not mean better. It usually means two houses sitting on a plot originally holding one house. New house or old house, both kinds are selling for exorbitant prices due to inflation and scarcity of landed residential homes. I shall continue to day dream of old, traditional, wood houses.
