There are three main types of meditation. They are meditation of the 1) body

2) mind

3) senses

Examples of meditation using the body are –

1.Body sense meditation

2. Rocking meditation

3. Breathing meditation

Examples of meditation using the mind are:

1) Mantra meditation

2) Visual image meditation.

Examples of meditation using the senses are –

  1. Using an external image to meditate
  2. Using a sound to meditate.
